The show's instantly recognizable songs are filled with humor, wit and sass — leaving cast members and audiences alike seeing pink! Legally Blonde JR. follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. When Elle's boyfriend, Warner, dumps her and heads to Harvard, claiming she's not "serious" enough, Elle takes matters into her own hands, crafting a showy song-and-dance personal essay and charming her way into law school. Befriending classmate, Emmett, and spunky hairdresser, Paulette, along the way, Elle finds that books and looks aren't mutually exclusive. Sea Star Productions and Mary Winspear Centre Presents Musical Theatre Summer Camp 3 Matilda Jr. Ages 8-12 Tuesday, August 4 - Friday, August 14 9:00am - 4:00pm Show Saturday, August 15 - 6:00pm Summer Camp 2026 Form must be completed and returned to reception@marywinspear.ca We are offering young artists, ages 8-18, an incredible opportunity to immerse themselves in the magic of Musical Theatre. Our goal is to offer an unforgettable experience to all the participants that will be so fantastic it will be the highlight of their summer! Each camp will be taught by Sea Star Production's Charlotte Denton and experienced teaching assistants. Camp ends with a Broadway Musical performed in the Charlie White Theatre in front of friends, family and the community. Registration opens Monday, March 30 at 10:00am.
