Join Bragi Theatre and Timetheft Theatre for an extravaganza of pure silliness: two award-winning comedies about space, love, and eggs. CONSIDER THE DONGFISH: Sex-changing fish. Scientists in love. Aliens that want to destroy planet Earth. CONSIDER THE DONGFISH is a set of nested love stories that span the breadth of the universe. Using puppets, costumes, videos, and more, this joyful romp explores love in all of its many, many, MANY forms. FOUR OUT OF FIVE DENTISTS: This comedy piece delves into social isolation, emotional connection, and platonic intimacy. FOUR OUT OF FIVE DENTISTS explores how capitalism hinders our capacity for meaningful connections and highlights the universal human yearning for community. Shows run August 1 at 7:30pm and August 2 at 2:00pm and 7:30pm at the Scene (the Other Guise space at 715 Johnson Street.) Show runs approximately 2 hrs with a 15 minute intermission.
