Other Venue. Learn the fundamentals of safe home canning using the boiling water bath (BWB) method with Monica Bradbury of EcoChef Academy. We’ll preserve pears in a light syrup and make and can a batch of apple sauce. Together, we’ll walk through step-by-step procedures, food safety, and tips for achieving the best results at home, and a reproducible handout on BWB method of canning fruit.
