Is a listing really free?+
Yes. Every venue on Vancouver Island gets a full page with a gallery, hours, map, reviews and an AI concierge that answers visitor questions, at no cost. Paid plans add priority placement, your own branding, reservations and online sales.
How does claiming work?+
Find your business on the site and click Claim. We'll email you a sign-in link — no password to set up. Once we verify you're connected to the business (usually within 1–2 business days) you can edit the listing, see visitor analytics and choose a plan.
My business isn't on the site yet. Can I add it?+
Yes. Use the search on this page; if nothing comes up, choose 'Add my business' and tell us the name, town and website. We'll build the listing and send you the claim link.
What does the AI concierge actually do?+
It answers the questions visitors already type at your page — opening hours, what you're known for, parking, prices, what's on tonight — using only the details you provide, and points them to book, reserve or call. It never invents information about your business.
How do ticket sales and payouts work?+
On the Pro plan you connect a Stripe account and sell tickets, tours, stays and products directly from your page. Money goes straight to your Stripe account; the platform keeps a small fee (3% on Pro, 5% on Featured, 8% on the free listing).
Can I cancel?+
Any time. Plans are month to month, billed per venue through Stripe, and your free listing stays live if you cancel.
