Jamie Cassels Centre (JCC). Looking to meet people, discover campus resources, or simply take a break between classes? First Year Fridays is a weekly drop-in series created just for first-year students. No registration is required; simply drop in whenever it fits your schedule. The Student Life Hub is located in the Jamie Cassels Centre, next to Mystic Market. Every Friday is a different activity, from crafts and games to snacks, campus partners, and fun activities that help you feel more connected to the UVic community.

Multifaith Centre. Weekly | Monday Meditation observes the breath, while the mind goes inward with self-reflection and mindfulness. This has the potential to reduce stress and anxiety, develop inner stillness, increase self-awareness, and open the heart and mind to presence.

Where Streams Meet is a gentle community space for queer people of colour, including queer and trans Black, Indigenous, and people of colour, to gather, build relationships, honour cultural identity, and explore belonging, spirituality, and faith in an affirming environment.
