About this event
This holiday season, Festive Brass takes you to the movies with A Cinematic Christmas — a spectacular live concert celebrating the music, magic and memories of the holiday season on screen. Featuring Festive Brass’s signature blend of brilliant brass, rhythm section, humour and holiday spirit, the concert journeys through music inspired by some of the season’s most beloved films and television classics, along with a few unexpected cinematic detours. Joining Festive Brass is acclaimed singer and storyteller Joëlle Rabu, bringing her unmistakable voice and theatrical presence to the stage. For the Campbell River performance, Festive Brass and Joëlle will also be joined by The Festive Chorus, directed by Sarah Gaudreault, bringing together professional musicians and local voices for a truly community-centred holiday celebration. More than a traditional holiday concert, A Cinematic Christmas combines spectacular live brass, vocals, storytelling and theatrical surprises in a fast-moving show for audiences of all ages. Familiar favourites meet unexpected musical twists, with plenty of warmth, humour and a few surprises along the way. Epic Brass. Beautiful Choirs. Pure Holiday Fun. Tickets: $46 Admission, $28 Child 12 and under (+applicable taxes & fees)
