Quatse River Hatchery & Stewardship Centre. Celebrate BC Rivers Day at the Quatse Salmon Centre! Sunday, September 27 | 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Join Port Hardy Recreation and the Quatse Salmon Centre for a free, family-friendly day celebrating our rivers, salmon and the incredible ecosystems that surround us. Come learn more about salmon, local rivers and conservation, check out the Adopt a Salmon program, enjoy hands-on activities for the whole family and explore everything the Salmon Centre has to offer. We’ll also be firing up the grill for a hot dog BBQ by donation, with proceeds going back to support the Salmon Centre and its programs. Please bring cash for the BBQ. Bring the family, explore, learn something new and spend the day celebrating all things rivers and salmon with us!
