About this event

Join Ensemble Laude, Victoria’s premiere treble voice choir, for a thrilling concert of singing, drumming, lilting, and dance celebrating powerful Celtic Queens, Princesses, and Warriors who led armies, changed national boundaries, left a wholly new world. Hear haunting Irish solos, medieval Gaelic psalm singing, women’s working music from the Outer Hebrides, Breton Kan ha diskan dance songs from Brittany, plus rousing choral music powerful enough to rally entire populations in Wales, Ireland, Scotland, Brittany – and Canada!
