Gage Gallery. Join this exploratory event, discover the power of lineage, women’s lore and traditions. This workshop launches the Grandmothers’ Basket project. The interactive workshop is inspired by a collaboration between Virgina Gillespie (words) Elizabeth Carefoot (fabric arts & objects with words) focused on weaving together lore, expressive arts and dialogue gathered during exploration of cultural roots and tradition.
