Salt Spring Singers Choral Society Presents Spirit and Splendour
About this event
For over 50 years, Salt Spring Singers has brought songs honouring the season and celebrating love and joy with our community. Join us for our December concert “Spirit and Splendour” that will be under the direction of Adam Dyjach and pianist James Yi. The program combines old and new songs, including familiar Christmas music from both secular and sacred traditions. A special treat will be the world premiere of a new composition, “Stopping By Woods On A Snowy Evening,” the Robert Frost poem set to new music by Victoria composer Paterson Warrender. Tickets are available from ArtSpring for $30 for adults and $5 for youth. Bring a friend: if you purchase two tickets to the show you will receive one additional ticket for free! There will be ONE PERFORMANCE ONLY on Saturday 12 December at 2:30PM at ArtSpring.
