Slow Strokes is a beginner watercolour workshop rooted in mindfulness and relaxation. We use the gentle, fluid quality of watercolour painting as an invitation to slow down, get out of your head, and settle into the present moment. Think of it as a moving meditation with paint. I’ll guide you through the process with simple, accessible prompts that are more about noticing than doing. There’s no right answer, and nothing to get wrong.
