Beacon Avenue in downtown Sidney closes to cars for a free, family-friendly trick-or-treat evening. Local businesses and community groups along Beacon Avenue and the downtown core hand out treats to kids in costume. Rain or shine; trick-or-treating starts at 4:30 pm, so please don't arrive early. Presented by the Peninsula Celebrations Society and the Sidney BIA.
