The Victoria Bug Zoo's annual Halloween market and spooky bug talks are back at Nootka Court (631 Courtney St). Over a dozen local artists sell spooky and beautiful handmade goodies at the market (12:00–6:00 pm, free). Throughout the day (Bug Zoo 10:00 am–6:00 pm) the bug talks get spookier as the day goes on, with the scariest saved for after 4 pm; the 5–6 pm talks are the spookiest and restricted to 18+. Bug Zoo admission is the regular rate and good all day.
