900 BiSTRO brings traditional Italian cooking to Beacon Avenue in Sidney, built around hand-built Italian wood-fired ovens. Alongside the wood-fired pizza there are fresh-made pastas, wood-fired filet mignon, and classic escargots. The kitchen is open daily from 11:30am to 8:00pm.
