About Alberni Charters
Private charters on the Oracle, a 34-foot trawler with two staterooms, a galley and a full bathroom with hot showers, carrying up to eleven guests out of Harbour Quay in Port Alberni and also picking up at Bamfield, Poett Nook and Ucluelet. Trips run eight hours or stretch to two, three or five days, fishing salmon, halibut, rockfish and ling cod and pulling crab and prawns. Sockeye runs mid-June into July, halibut from April 1 to August 15, and winter charters go out between November 15 and March 30.
