About Batstar Sea Kayak Outfitters
Self-guided multi-day sea kayak trips to the Broken Group Islands, the Deer Group and Clayoquot Sound, outfitted from Port Alberni since 1999. The price covers Seaward kayaks, camping and kitchen gear, all the food, a trailer to haul the boats, charts and a trip manual, and bed-and-breakfast nights at either end — but no guide comes along. Groups run 8 to 12 people at $999 each, or $899 without the accommodation.
