A brewery on Keating Cross Road in Saanichton whose range runs from a Bavarian-style Helles and a West Coast fresh hop IPA to a coconut porter and arcānum, a wild bière de garde. The kitchen makes hand-held bistro food from scratch, and growlers get filled while you drink a pint. Doors open at noon, closing at 9pm most days and 8pm on Sunday.
