About feelgood sauna
The founders built the cedar sauna on Vancouver Island using locally sourced materials and a HUUM heater loaded with 90 kg of stone. The Englishman River is the cold plunge, with cold, fresh river water running through the forest beside the sauna. Social and private sessions run for 90 minutes.
