About FIVE ELEMENTS Ecotherapy Lodge Retreat and Spa B&B
A hand crafted lodge on 10 acres of woodland trails, serving as the trailhead for the 21 km channel ridge trail system. The outdoor spa includes a cedar sauna, steam room, hot tub and shower overlooking the forest valley. A light filled studio offers fitness, yoga and meditation area. Owners Michael and Dana Coupland draw their inspiration from their alignment with nature and 50 years of meditation.
