About King Tide Fishing Charters
Three boats off a private dock in Sooke: a 28-foot Northwest for eight and a 24-foot River Hawk for six, both with enclosed heated cabins, and an open 22-foot Boston Whaler for four. Chinook, coho and halibut are the targets, on half days, full days, multi-species trips or a short evening run they call the dusk bite. Otter Point, Sooke Point, Secretary Island and the Trap Shack are all under a ten-minute run out, gear is included, and trips go year-round.
