About Thetis Lake Regional Park
Thetis Lake Regional Park covers about 920 hectares in View Royal and Langford, with more than 40 km of trails around Upper and Lower Thetis Lake and up Seymour Hill, Scafe Hill and Stewart Mountain. The lakes are used for swimming, canoeing and fishing for stocked rainbow trout, and the main beach is a popular picnic spot. Established as Canada's first nature sanctuary in 1958, it is open sunrise to sunset. Check CRD advisories for algae blooms before swimming.
