About Victoria Distillers
The distillery on the Sidney waterfront at Seaport Place that makes Empress 1908 Indigo Gin — the one that changes colour — along with the rest of that range and other spirits off its copper pot stills. The tasting room and shop open Wednesday 11am to 3pm and Thursday to Sunday 11am to 6pm, with tastings free of charge. Tours are not running at the moment.
