About Willows Beach
Willows Beach in Willows Park, Oak Bay, is a sandy waterfront park with a large lawn, change rooms and washrooms, a concession and tea room, picnic tables and a children's play area. An oceanside walkway connects it to Cattle Point in Uplands Park. Dogs are not allowed on South Willows Beach at any time of year. A Mobi-Mat beach-access mat is installed at the end of Bowker Avenue in summer.
