All-day event — no published start time. Enter the world of spatial thinking: visualize, analyze and act. This micro-certificate provides hands-on GIS training in open-source tools like QGIS and Google Earth, teaching you to create custom maps, analyze spatial data and turn raw data into visual insights—no prior geomatics experience needed. This online, asynchronous course is offered through the Division of Continuing Studies at UVic from Sept. 21 to Nov. 1, 2026. Register online.
