About Ciderworks
Ciderworks makes organic cider from its own orchard on Salt Spring Island, where it grows more than 425 heritage and connoisseur apple varieties. The ciders are made in the Ciderworks building overlooking the orchard, with minimal intervention and never any added sugar. The shop and tasting room is at 529 Fulford-Ganges Road.
