Captain Cliff Moors has fished salt water for more than 25 years and holds SVOP, marine first aid, restricted radio and MED A3 tickets; his two sons are SVOP qualified as well. A catch-and-cook package hands the day's fish to chef Stephanie Noel to put on a plate.
