About Deep Cove Winery
Three acres of vines planted more than twenty years ago on Chalet Road in North Saanich, making an Ortega white, a Marechal Foch and a red blend called Alchemy from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The kitchen turns out pizza, scallops, hummus bowls and charcuterie — Friday and Saturday noon to 8pm, Sunday to 7, and Thursday afternoons for cheese and charcuterie only. Tastings with the winemaker go by appointment, and the room hosts music, jazz nights and workshops.
