About Hecate Cove Lodge
A remote fishing lodge on Hecate Cove in Quatsino Sound, sleeping up to nine and reachable only by boat or float plane — about twenty minutes by boat from the Coal Harbour docks west of Port Hardy. The main package runs four nights with all meals cooked by the lodge chef, a seafood feast, and three full days of guided fishing of at least eight hours for chinook, coho, halibut and ling cod, with processing and packing and transfers from the airport and dock included. There is an ocean-view hot tub on the wrap-around deck, kayaks to use, and trout fishing at Colony Lake half an hour's hike away; the peak runs June to September.
