The story
About Hoyne Brewing Company
Sean Hoyne learned to brew under Frank Appleton, one of the pioneers of craft brewing in BC, then spent 13 years as brewer at Canoe Brewpub. With his partner Chantal O'Brien he started Hoyne Brewing Co. on a leased eight-hectolitre system. The family-owned brewery has since moved to a 35-hectolitre system, bottles and cans, and added a line of low-alcohol beers.
