About Macaloney's Distillery
A single malt whisky distillery on Enterprise Crescent in Victoria, working Canadian barley on hand-hammered Forsyth's copper pot stills in the Scottish manner. The bottles run to a sherry-matured single malt, a lightly peated one and an Irish-style whisky, mostly $75, with a sampler at $65; they brew craft beer on site too. There are behind-the-scenes tours, whisky flights, a bar, and a pour-your-own bottling experience.
