About Museum At Campbell River
The Museum at Campbell River sits at 470 Island Highway at 5th Avenue, and describes itself as one of the most impressive museums in the province — a moving and evocative exploration of local history and heritage. Permanent, temporary and outdoor exhibits sit alongside school programs, kids camps and summer boat tours that take the region's history out onto the water. Summer hours are daily 10am to 5pm from May 18 to September 30; winter hours are Tuesday to Sunday, noon to 5pm.
