About North Haven Orchard and Cidery
North Haven Orchard and Cidery is a family run business producing Farm Crafted Apple Cider Vinegar from a variety of apples grown on its farm in North Cowichan. The apples are picked, crushed and pressed, and the juice is fermented into hard cider, then racked into carboys to mature for several months before the 'mother' is added. The vinegar is unpasteurized, unfiltered, with the mother, and has no added sugar or coloring. Grandparents, parents and grandkids all help in the harvest and the production.
