Salt Spring Apple Company grows more than 365 varieties of heritage and connoisseur apples, well over 400 actually, organically on a modest-sized orchard property. The Ciderworks makes traditional-style ciders, and the Salt Spring Island tasting room is open Fridays through Sundays plus holidays. Fresh apples, apple fritters and apple preserves are also on offer.
