A fashion designer and landscaper bought this property in 2019 with a vision of creating a luxury vacation suite 200 metres from Whiffin Spit. The private one-bedroom suite, apart from the owners' living space, faces east for morning light. The self-catering kitchen includes a slow cooker and coffee bar; the living room has a gas fireplace and smart TV. The queen bed has premium linens and a choice of four pillow types, while a daybed sleeps a third person.
