The story
About Shawnigan Nordic Spa
A private hot-and-cold therapy retreat in the woods on the west side of Shawnigan Lake, a forty-five minute drive north of Victoria. Sessions are held in small groups of up to four, and reservations are required. A circuit moves from the log house sauna at 80-90°C to the cedar cold plunge at 10°C, then rest by the fire or on the covered patio.
