About Stillhead Distillery

Founded by the Colebank family, Stillhead Distillery opened its doors in October of 2017. Their passion lies in 100% rye whisky, with a specialization in Garry Oak-matured rye whisky. Their Wild Blackberry Gin uses locally harvested wild blackberries and Canadian honey.
