About Whistle Buoy Brewing Company
A small-batch brewery on the courtyard level of Market Square in downtown Victoria, given over to experimental beers — a salted citrus light beer called Lemon Lime Fizz among them — plus four non-alcoholic pours. The Grub kitchen serves sandwiches, salads and sharing boards Wednesday to Sunday, noon to 9pm. The taproom opens at noon daily, closing at 9pm early in the week and midnight on Friday and Saturday.
