The Canadian University Alumni Shanghai (CUA) invites graduates of Canadian universities to its fifth annual Homecoming celebration on Friday, October 23. The event features guest speakers, panel discussions on AI and entrepreneurship, networking, Canadian food and drinks, and pickleball. Come for the conversations, stay for the Canadian vibe! UVic’s Director of Alumni Relations, Gina Wheatcroft, will be there to meet UVic graduates in Shanghai. Stop by to say hello and pick up a UVic alumni T-shirt. Make a weekend of it: Gina will also host a UVic Alumni Afternoon Mixer on Saturday, October 24. If you’re travelling to Shanghai for the October 23 event and staying for the mixer, email Kate at khollefr@uvic.ca.
